A high quality dry, red wine, a winner of more then 10 different Awards (vintage 2006-2014). The wine has a dark ruby red color and a characteristic smell with an emphasised fruity aroma, which is dominated by dry plums and rich spices. The wine is of pleasant taste consisting of marvelous combinations of tannins; acids, extracts and alcohol make it unique. Combining it with food: it is served alongside meat dishes such as game, duck, goose, pork, mature, as well as strong cheeses and spicy food.

  A high quality dry red wine with a dark ruby color. Fundamentally speaking, Cab is a full-bodied red wine with dark fruit flavors and savory tastes of black and bell peppers. The wine has a rich taste to it, and it consists of the perfect combinations of tannins, acids, extracts and alcohol. Combining with food: Cab can be served alongside simple meatballs, roasted Duck Breast with pecan purée, Asian BBQ lamb ribs, and beef tenderloin with blackberry dressing. It is also recommended to try Cabernet Sauvignon along with a mushroom pizza with tomato sauce or some marinated ribeye steak.

Our grapes

Harvest at the middle of July- end of September. Expected production: 1800-2000 tons, тhe berries' high sugar content from its own 500 ha vineyards.

Our corks

Lightweight, inert, impermeable to liquids and gasses, compressible and elastic, natural cork is time-tested and proven to effectively seal glass bottles.

Our barrels

Fermentation, filtration, stabilization and bottling of the wine are made by our enologist with the implementation of HACCAP and ISO 9001.

Our aging method

The capacity is enlarging constantly thru the years with overhead inox cisterns, to the present value of 12.5 million liters.
